1. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and ready for delivery within working days.

3. A re-delivery fee will be imposed should there be a failed/missed delivery due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided, or any other reasons resulting in a return of items.
4. Orders may be combined and delivered in one trip if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same week.
5. You may be charged for handling fees and fixing fees if you require any additional assistance or service from our staff/driver. Any charges on additional fees are paid by the person upon receiving the item. Such payment is paid directly to the requesting staff/ driver, and therefore shall be collected from you by the staff/ driver.
6. Alternatively, you may purchase a handling service/fixing service here by adding additional services together with the item in your order.
7. We will charge additional charges for any building do not have any installation of a Lift which requires our staff/driver to manually carry the item to your place. Please refer to the table below for additional charges:
